Believing in something with no evidence is called delusion. Sorry.

Even if we did evolove from monkeys? Something had to create the monkeys?
If this guy heard about common descent his head would explode.

Natural selection, the fit-together nature of elements and evolution created it all from the matter in the universe. Only the indoctrinated are incapable of comprehending an eternal universe without a creator.
It's just not our problem.

Ken Kesey was a higher being. I don't know if he played with monkeys, though.

We didn't evolve from monkeys, we are apes and, as such, we evolved from them.

Oh! And something had to create THAT something that created the monkeys! And then that something had to have a creator, too!
Seriously. If you're gonna say something had to be made by something, without any evidence that it actually was, follow it to its logical conclusion.

No.
Why do you feel that everybody has to believe in some kind of bullshit fairy tale that has no evidence of any kind?
Does it make you feel better about your own beliefs? Do you think that your own religion is bullshit somedays so that scary feeling has to be projected onto others, especially ones that you see have no god and are still happy?
How strange then that religion is usually the cause for mental breakdowns and explosions of violence. You see a person happy without religion and you just have to bring them down to your sour level, is that it?
No thanks. If you and your god have some wonderful and perfect connection then bask in it. It's all yours.
Why don't you pray for decent punctuation and an end to RanDom CApitalizatION?

1'd. Standard intelligent design argument, just oversimplified and with some minor, equally simplified allowance for theistic evolution.

\"Oh! And something had to create THAT something that created the monkeys! And then that something had to have a creator, too!\"
That is were my theory of probability comes in. You see I believe that \"god\" is really just a large floating box that processes all kinds of probabilities all day and night. It was created by itself when in the vast nothingness that once there was, there was a one in two chance of it popping into existence. Then it created the universe in a one in 9 chance. Other then universe or no universe the outcomes were a little crazy, we really got lucky that time. I've been considering writing a bible that teaches the way of the most probable floaty box god.

And before the microscope and telescopes? Does that mean things didn't exist? Before Columbus, the Bible said the world was round, and guess what, it is. The Bible also said that water covered the entire world, and guess what science agrees to it. The history channel showed a documentary that said there was a great flood, with proof because they found sea creatures on top of Mt Ararat, which again the Bible previous spoke of. Oh, I recently read in my Newspaper that Science has confirmed that all mankind came from one person. Again, confirmed by the Bible. The Bible is accurate. Read the Bible and Bill and Ted's Guide to God...they go into the scientifical fact of the Bible and its accuracy.
And as always, God bless you, and thanks for posting our threads!

This one...actually isn't too bad. I mean, no \"YOU GO TO HELL\", no \"proofs\" for God, and a fairly reasonable post overall. A little evangelical, but not fundie. Fundies don't say \"please\".

No, we just verified their existence.
Before Columbus, the Bible said the world was round, and guess what, it is.
Too bad we checked to see, eh?
The Bible also said that water covered the entire world, and guess what science agrees to it.
This doesn't mean that the rest of the Bible isn't drivel.
The history channel showed a documentary that said there was a great flood, with proof because they found sea creatures on top of Mt Ararat, which again the Bible previous spoke of.
Great news, people, I wrote a book explaining that we are made of snot, and that's why we're soft, so the premise must be true.
Oh, I recently read in my Newspaper that Science has confirmed that all mankind came from one person.
Another shocking discovery! Humans are capable of dichotomisis!
Again, confirmed by the Bible. The Bible is accurate. Read the Bible and Bill and Ted's Guide to God...they go into the scientifical fact of the Bible and its accuracy.
And as always, God bless you, and thanks for posting our threads!

Minus half of a point for sheer stupidity.
