The video is on Victor Schauberger, the Austrian Naturalist who was forced to design water vortex turbines for the Nazis and later for Brookhaven Labs in the U.S. His turbine engine is shown in the end of the video.

The actual post sounds like the ramblings of someone who has yet to see the light of day or a chemistry book. He claims that hydrogen and oxygen bond in tetrahedrons (like a triangular pyramid) despite the fact that three points can only produce a 2D shape.
