Oh and one more thing the burden of proof or rather disproof is on you not on us. We have faith that God exsists and that the bible is the word of God - you don't; so you have to disprove it to us.

The burden of proof is on the person making the claim. So if you go up to a fundie and say that the bible is not the word of God, yes, the burden of proof is on you.
Burden of proof is quite simple really, if you wish to convince someone else of 'A', you provide evidence for 'A'. You don't just say "'A' is true unless you can prove me wrong!".
Faith is also quite simple, if you have faith in 'B', you are basically saying you believe 'B' is true irrespective of evidence. You are under no obligation to justify your faith to anyone else unless you are trying to convince them to share it.
So if someone turned up on RR and asked why they should accept Jesus and prepare for the rapture, the RR crew can either seek to convince him/her (in which case the burden of proof is on the RR tribe) or not (in which case it isn't).
Conversely, if someone rode into RR claiming that there's no God, Jesus or imminent rapture, I'm afraid the onus is on them to back it up.
@Delmania:
Not really. Taking something on faith pretty much means believing in something until someone does disprove it to them.
Although how you disprove something to someone who'll happily claim your evidence is wrong, lies or made up by Satan to deliberately confuse the feeble-minded (of whom he's not one) is not clear.
Just having faith doesn't make a person fundtarded, it's got to be blind, unwavering faith, perched upon an insurmountable pillar of ignorance and wreathed in overweening pride.
'Sides, you guys never listen anyway. No matter what proof we show, you just insist on maintaining your ignorance. Even if Jesus himself came down and slapped you across the face with Origin of the Species , you guys still wouldn't listen. Though it makes a great mental image.
Before I let you turn my country into a Christian theocracy (defined by your own limited brand of Christianity) you had better prove to me that your god exists and that he/she/it endorses your bible. There, now the burden of proof is on you galpster1. Until you satisfy said burden, I will oppose you and your ilk at every election, and every other chance I get.
It doesn't really matter to us if gods exist or don't exist. We just want to make sure that religion is kept where it belongs; in churches, mosques, synagogues and temples, not in government.
You are free to believe in whatever fairy tale you want, as long as you don't try to force said fairy tale onto others.
And that includes your children, by the way. They have rights of their own, they are not extensions of you, or property.
At the very root of this is the fact you stand on faith, you refuse to provide proof because you have none.
No proof
Unproved
You do know it's always your problem, we're happy to not believe in things that, by all evidence, don't exist.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
