Yes, there was a context to the comment.
The "go to hell" comment had already occurred in the thread and was being quoted back to the writer [baliset] who had used it higher on the page. Of course the authors to this blog didn't think to include the context. Unsurprisingly.
Julius Sumner Miller has a wonderful quote about intellectual rigor lost to an emerging generation. How right he was. How venal this blog. How inadequate.
