The Bible does endorse slavery, but it is a different slavery that we know. The slavery the Bible endorses is debt based. If Bob is in debt to Steve, Bob works as Steve's servant until the debt is paid off or until seven years has passed. In this form of slavery, you are not property, you are not born into slavery, you are not physically abused, and you are given shelter and food. It is radically different than the slavery that the Americas experienced. As far as stoning disobedient children, there is no actual record of it ever being enforced. It seems to be more of a law to make children not want to disobey out of fear, but was never actually meant to be enforced. The Bible never says to hate homosexuals. It only says it is wrong, but please show me the Bible verse that says to hate them. The Bible seems to say the exact opposite of that.
Also in atheism, what kind of moral justification do you have to be able to call anyone bad? There is none. So an atheist couldn't even objectively say that God is evil because there really is no objective evil in atheism.
I would say that the Bible is inspired by God without flaw. Evidence of this would be that fact that there is fulfillment of prophecy from the Bible.

You forgot the bible endorsed enslavement of people conquered by military expansionism regardless of debt.
Such slaves were fed, but not treated with dignity or compassion. They were beaten and often killed. They were forced to work as unskilled labourers, under harsh conditions, with no hope of escape.
Exodus 21:21 sayeth:
And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished. Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he is his money . Have you actually read the Bible?Leviticus 20:13 sayeth:
If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them. I don't know about you, but to throw stones at someone until s/he dies, I think you need to hate them juuuuust a little.

This is indeed slavery, and yes, it's still practiced today.
A landowner will make sure he is the only source within reach of food, clothing, and other necessities. Then he will make sure that the people working his land are not paid enough to pay for the commodities they buy of him. You can probably tell where it's going, but in short, they become more and more indebted and are told that they need to pay off their debt by working on his land. The workers are thus stuck in an evil circle of never-ending, increasing slavery.
I bought Trevor. I let him live in my closet and eat dog food. Every day, right before I threaten to step on his neck, he tells me how happy he is even though he owes me more money than his grandkids could ever pay off. Ain't god good?
Slavery in the bible:
You are a man, you work for 7 years and you are free.
You are a man who is married:
You and your family work for seven years and you are free.
You are a man who get's married while a slave:
You work seven years and you are free. Your wife and children will remain slaves.
You don't like to be seperated from your family? Just say so. You get taken to the door of the house and have your ear nailed to the door post and will remain a slave forever.
You are a woman and get sold into slavery:
Good luck, you just got screwed over royally. If the master decides to marry you, you are free, if the son decides to marry you you are free. If none of the above then you and your kds will remain slaves untill death.
You don't like that your master beats you? Even Jesus says that you should shut up and obey.
Slavery in the bible isn't evil at all.
Your whole post is ridiculous. You skip the passage in which they speak about the eventual children of those slaves, who are the property of the slaveholder for ever. And you skip the passage in which they enable to take captives of neighbouring countries. What's up with the non-neighbouring ones?, they're never on debt?.
Besides, how do you know it was never enforced?, it would be easier not to write it down, to begin with(as many European and Eastern laws did). If they did that, it means that it was meant to be enforced and that they agreeded with that. And concerning homesexuals, if calling them abomination is not hate, what else is?.
Concerning atheists, they're not calling God evil, they just say that people with such ethics, that justify them basing them on a God, must be miserable. What tool atheist, or mainstream Christian or muslim or buddisht use?, REASON, of course, logic, isn'it it good enough?
What does moral justification have to do with atheism? Or religion for that matter? Laws, ethics, and morals dictate our behavior with each other, religion is supposed to dictate our relationship to a god or gods. They can be inter-related, but that is not necessary for a person to "know right from wrong".
I would agree that 'evil' is an emotive, religiously derived term. However, common usage means I can use it whenever I feel the need. ie. a very very bad person/deity who commits very very bad acts. Happy?
"I would say that the Bible is inspired by God without flaw. Evidence of this would be that fact that there is fulfillment of prophecy from the Bible."
I don't get my morality from an outmoded book written by idiot Bronze Age tribal leaders looking to legitimize their crimes, misogyny and bigotry.
As to claims of prophecy fulfillment, that's more pure nonsense.
As I understand it, the argument here is that it's wrong to own people like farm machinery. It is, however, perfectly okay to rent people like farm machinery.

Harming others is bad.
Murder causes harm to others.
Therefore, murder is bad.
God has murdered at least 2 million people in the Bible.
Therefore, God is bad.
It does sound a bit circular to a sociopath, however. That is because morality is mostly based on emotion (i.e. would you like it if your best friend got murdered? If not, then you would consider murder bad) as well as applying situations to yourself, i.e. "Would I want to be killed? No. In that case, killing is bad."
It's a complex subject, but nothing some good research can't explain.

So apparently Egypt doesn't exist anymore, the Nile dried up, Tyre was wiped off the map, and Israel lives in peace with its neighbours and still has a king on the throne.
The Bible does endorse slavery, but its the GOOD kind of slavery.
As far as stoning disobedient children, there is no actual record of it ever being enforced. Evidently god doesn't mean for all of the laws to be followed, just the ones that his fans agree with at the moment.
The Bible never says to hate homosexuals. When you kill them, you should do it with love.
I would say that the Bible is inspired by God without flaw. I just skip over the numerous contradictions and absurdities it includes.
Maybe you should practice speaking in tongues Trevor. Scholarship and evangelism are clearly not you gifts.
And what if it's not Bob and Steve but Barbara and Stephanie? If Stephanie gets married, Barbara is required to step in anytime Stephanie has a "headache".
If the law was never meant to be enforced, what the fuck is it doing there? It doesn't seem to be doing a good job of scaring kids straight.
Confused?
