Quote# 2689

It is a pet peeve of mine when evolutionists equivocate on what evolution is. They equivocate on the word evolution by claiming micro-evolution is “evolution”, then essentially declare victory. Then we get the usual strawman arguments to follow. I find this to be one of the most intellectually dishonest arguments going, and never intended this forum to tolerate this kind of blatant equivocation.

I hate how the fundies equivocate on the equivocation of the equivocators of evolution...or something

Cthulhu's Quill

Looks like someone learned a new word and wants to get as much use out of it as they can before they forget it.

Actually Fred has been using that one for a looong time. I am surprised he didn't ban the poster. When he first put this forum up he would look for any idiotic excuse to ban those he didn't want there and a while ago he said he wouldn't hesitate to ban people for doing what he describes here. Of course the poster wasn't actually \"equivocating\". Fred just uses this line whenever someone discusses anything other than what he calls \"molecules to man\" evolution.

Right, so we should let creationists define evolution instead of scientists. That makes perfect sense.

More dishonest than lying about how there are no transitional fossils?
