Do not say things like this near one of my karate teachers. She is a professor of mathematics, and could also give you eighteen broken bones in three seconds. I am very nearly certain that she can think, teach, and fight, far better than buzzthepug! can.

(Although, in fairness, her husband is even more deadly than she is - although not as skilled at math. And I am aware that one extreme case does not prove equality, but it should make buzzthepug! reconsider.)

I admit, sometimes I'm guilty of wishing I was on the other side of feminism sometimes. I'd love to have no responsibilities but cleaning the house, cooking, and caring for children. I find working for a living very depressing and wish I didn't have to.

But I realize that wasn't all there was to it. Many poor women had to work to support themselves, and it was mainly the upper class women who had no responsibilities.

While it is true that males have larger brains and have a greater range of IQs (meaning for every Einstein, there's a Andy Schafly), women have a higher average IQ than males. Meaning their brains can accomplish more processing power with less physical matter. Meaning, their brains are more efficient. Meaning, stfu, because you have no idea what you're talking about.

@clockworkgirl: just because you are a feminist doesn't mean you can't be a stay at home mom, I wish people would stop thinking that being a stay at home mom is against feminism. Feminism is about women being able to make choices, which includes choosing the role of a traditional housewife if that's what suits them the best. I could never be a traditional housewife, but I don't automatically begrudge anybody who actually wants that.
