Either this is a fundie, who rejects any thinking more than one-dimensional or it's a scientist who thinks three-dimensional thinking is oversimplistic. (Given some of the subjects Stephen Hawking talks about, anything up to 11-dimensional thinking might be more appropriate.)
It's hard to say, since the thread doesn't seem to exist any more. I'm going to abstain.
