Maybe it comes from having been raised Catholic, but I think anyone claiming to be a "saint" is incredibly presumptuous.

Ah, Calvinism, the belief that all people are scum, but at the beginning of time god arbitrarily picked a few to be saints and thus be saved. The rest are damned for being scum.

I know people say I shouldn't but I feed my dogs table scraps all the time. The occasional cooked vegetable or piece of bread crust won't hurt them, so long as you reduce their feed accordingly-

-Ohhh, I see what you're saying. Yes I should definitely keep the bread away from my dogs if it's modeled after God's love. Don't want my cute little pound-hound to bomb a women's clinic or something. In fact, that kid shouldn't eat it either. To the trash can it goes.
