Quote# 3028

show me a modern creature attempting to evolve into a sea dwelling animal. I can just imagine it keeps drowning, poor thing.

Like otters? There's a fair chance they could evolve into full time sea dwellers in a few million generations.

Seals. Penguins. Walruses. Sea Iguanas.

Napoleon the Clown

That would be marine iguana, Julian.

Still, point made.

Seal, walrus, otter, polar bear, manatee. Your turn to show evidence of man coming from dirt.

Go into the water. Live there, die there.

How sad for you a proper education is not yet one of your blessings.

Visiting your pathetic excuse of web site abuse, I now understand your inability to grasp concepts like science. You should stick to Dick and Jane see them run books, maybe that's above your level of ability also.
Should the EPA impose fines for world wide web mind noise pollution.

"attempting to evolve"

Your mistake is right there.

Whales once lived on land. They have the hips to prove it.

you konw, I was gunna tear this guy apart. but I can see you good fellows have already said what needs be said. the dude is a complete moron.

Big One

Polar Bears. But I'm afraid environment is changing too quickly for them to evolve.

Sea lions. That's just one of many. Why can't you look this shit up on your own? And according to your logic, anytime a human goes swimming they should drown simply because they are not an evolved sea dwelling creature.

I cannot resist the meme.

Your Argument Is Invalid

3/10/2012 2:18:13 PM

how about hippos ?

3/10/2012 9:33:23 PM

As already pointed out there are numerous creatures that live on both land and in water (crocodiles and their ilk can be added to the list), but that is doubtless not what this fool meant.

I guess he/she is taking the usual fundie spin on evolution and saying that a buffalo can jump into a river and instantly turn into a hippo, if evolution is true.

Species evolve, not individuals, stupid.

3/11/2012 2:24:43 AM

Very odd to go to the singular here.

They're saying a singular creature tries and drowns, yet keeps trying.
OK Fundies, look at it as Resurrection, something you think is possible, or transistion from human, even dead human to God.

You DO believe things change, you just think it involves supernatural intervention. Catholics acceptance of evolution don't look so stupid to you now, does it?

Now remove the magic you lose the God shite but evolution is still possible.

Marine Iguana, otters, seals, dolphins, whales, sea lions, penguins etc.

show me a modern creationist attempting to understand evolution. I can just imagine it keeps having cognitive dissonance, poor thing.
