No, they haven't; they evolved into birds. Yet somehow I suspect this is not what you meant....

I wish they were still around. I'd go green and ride a t-rex to work instead of my Mazda.

And here was me thinking they'd all gone into show business.
They play great parts in the 'Jurassic Park' movies and in the Brit TV show 'Primeval'.

It's true, I live in constant fear of raptor attacks, not to mention the possibility of a pterodactyl carrying me off and feeding me to it's young

The premise of much entertaining Sci-fi literature and film.
Other than that, Yes they have. They "Died out" ( we have the usual suspects as survivors ) a long time ago. We never lived with the dinosaurs of 35 million years ago, "many" were rodents back then

I absolutely refuse to call this a fundie quote out of context!
This could be said with regards to birds having evolved from dinosaurs!
In such a case, such a comment would be *at most* poorly worded.
This could be said by a misinformed child of any one of many non-fundamentalist outlooks.
Hell, this could even theoretically be said by a paleontologist who just saw the first dinosaur to have ever been seen by humans!
Seriously, WTF is this quote doing on here?!
EDIT: also, take a note of the year this quote is from, as well as the year most of the responses are from.
Something's off here, methinks.
