According to standard Muslim theology, Adam was a true prophet, but the Jews have garbled the transmission of his teachings. Incidentally, they take the same position wrt Jesus and Christians.

Yes about 3300 years ago an Egyptian pharaoh invented monotheism, And nothing has been right since.
Judaism is derived from a fusion of Atenist teachings and Hyksos/Apweru mythology.
Christianity is an attempt to civilize judaism.
And Islam is an atempt to correct the mistakes of Christianity.
Go learn some history.
