"Rape"? You realize most rapes occur when the victim and the rapist know each other? It doesn't stop being rape because the victim knows the rapist, and may have even trusted the rapist prior to the rape. Someone you trust and love raping you is, I would imagine, much worse than some stranger doing it.
and if a woman cries rape from her husband, I'd throw it out of court.
Fuck you, asshole. A marriage is not a license to fuck. If your spouse says no, that fucking means NO. It doesn't mean, "I don't really want to but we're married so you can do whatever you want," it means no. If anyone says no to sex, there is no goddamn reason they have to have it.
It doesn't matter if a rapist was friends with the victim before it happened. No means no. It doesn't matter if they've even had sex before! No means no.
