Quote# 3144

Actually, there is strong evidence that many dinosaur fossils aren't that old at all. Many bones have been found that have not been completely fossilized and are still partly bone. In fact, several hadrosaur skeletons have been found in Alaska that are so fresh, some still have the ligaments attached!

Oh, and of course we liberals have our Satanic agenda so we hide these findings?

Source, please? A find of this magnitude should be clearly documented in the scientific literature, if only because the discoverers surely would sooner die than not get credit for it.

Of course, please bear in mind that \"The Weekly World News\" and \"The National Enquirer\" do not qualify as \"scientific literature.\"

Actually, I have seen some articles on the subject of fossilized soft tissues. What was meant was not that the tissues were still soft, but that tissues besides just bone had gotten fossilized -- FULLY fossilized, for the benefit of those who hadn't figured that out -- and these \"soft tissues\" (now turned to rock) are detailed enough to give us a glimpse of some additional dinosaur physiology.

But the skeletons were NOT \"fresh.\" They just had some additional, softer tissues fossilized along with the bones.

It's called ice, I rekon. You find that in Alaska. Hell, there's been a perfectly preserved Incan mummy in the mountains of Peru, doesn't mean he's been sleeping for 20 years.

Next time the story is passed on, it will say that dinosaur meat has been found.

I believe he's referring to the 'Dinosaur Mummy'. Yeah. Those 'soft tissues' were fully fossilized and were hard as a rock, because they WERE. Try again.

So, a human body decays in 50 years, but dinosaur ligaments last over 6000. Sure.
