[Although I understand your points, what if they stoped all abortion in China? Can you imagine what a disaster that would be? China would have to invade it's neighbors to gain living space for it's people, possible leadin to an invasion of Russia.

Yeah, because no one would possibly consider annexing the least densely populated country on Earth - Mongolia, not to mention certain cites operate quite happily with population densities in excess of 25,000 people per sq kilometre and China could easily fit 10 times their population in there given a global economy, and around that point the world starts to creak at the seams trying to feed them. The real issue would be water and the collosal energy bills for desalination plants.

In the eyes of power hungry politicians who use spin and marketing experts to find and elevate one small issue to the level of greatest threat this planet has ever seen and then position themselves as the only one who can save us from this threat thus convincing the gullible and the ignorant to vote them into power without actually considering how well they'd do the job and my eyes, the bigger disaster is abortion.

China has a choice. Either restrict its own population growth. Or conquer the world.. The Chineese have chosen to restrict population growth.
So let China invade the US. You seem to have no problem with that as well.
