The bible and quran claim to be the word of some kind of 'god'. In it are many myths and historically inaccurate stories.
Don’t make it your life’s pursuit to hide from reality behind god and/or creationism (don't even bother watching even one Kent Hovind's videos - they are a complete waste of time)

Second of all, Kent Hovind? Are you insane? I've seen about one minute and forty seconds of one of his videos and found, literally, at least a half a dozen errors. And that was just in his introduction before he actually started debating/preaching.

Kent Hovind reminds me of Michael Crichton's "The Sphere." If you haven't read it, the Sphere is this device we discover, that empowers you to change reality to match your perceptions, rather than the usual converse.
