Tehran is in Iran and Mecca and Medina are in Saudi Arabia. Those nations don't even border Israel. Besides Saudi Arabia is currently an "ally" of the US so why would we even want to bomb them?

...I'm trying to calculate the impact of the nuclear fallout there on Israel. Obviously not as bad as on Iran and the Arabias, but it couldn't be good.
