It's collective IQ would increase, as Reason and Logic ruled peoples' thinking. As people realised what a stupid and pointless thing believing in a fairy tale was. Then they'd get on with their lives, raising their families, contributing to their neighbourhoods, communities & country as a whole.
And every fundy preacher would be out of a job.

'Creation' has never been taught in schools here in the UK. And religion has never had any part in our politics, nor local government - certainly for the last 200 or so years. Homosexuality was legalised in 1967; Civil Partnership ceremonies are commonplace here. Abortion has been legal (and mostly free via our NHS) for decades. The UK is effectively an Atheist country. We're still here. Because we acknowledge Evolution is fact.
