Shiny Mirror Award.
Also: They seem to think cramming their 66 books of faerie tails down childrens' throats is acceptable, whereas some obviously fantasy movie isn't?
I'd love to cram a few hundred grams of
iphone powder down njc's throat.

nothing there about banning muslims converting the kids, or is that predatory propaganda.
And nothing about scaring kids into believing shit for fear of hell. Oh and telling them to keep sucking that cock, 'cos Jesus tells them to.

The movie is rated PG-13 and the books are in the young adult section. If your kid isn't strong enough (read: brainwashed enough) in his faith by 13, then you have bigger problems than a movie or book. Shouldn't his faith be strong enough to read the books and see the movie and survive?
It's the parent's job to regulate what their kids see and do, not society's. Do what is right for your family and leave others to do the same.

Here's a hint: don't see the movie.
Do Christians even watch movies nowadays anyway?

Fuck you.
If I said that Christians shouldn't be allowed anywhere near children, you'd be the first to scream about how evil we are.

In what sick world are pornos made that are aimed at children?
And athiests target children? Based on what I see on basic cable, Christians are much more adept at that.

I'm concerned that this guy seems to think pedophilia is not already illegal. Or that he feels the need to note that raping kids would be illegal for ALL professions (not just Republican congressmen).

"This is a sick way to target children. Athiests should be banned from getting anywhere near children."
Any other rules you have stored in your ass?
"KIDS are off limits. Their minds, bodies etc are off limits!"
Except to fundies who want to brainwash them?
"Athiests are obviously free to think as they wish but to cram this down unsuspecting children's and parents' throats is a violation of freedom. This is past the limit of acceptance by any parent. It is predatory."
They somehow tied you down and made you watch the movie?
"I think there are laws protecting children from predatory propoganda."
*laughs*
"Anything that targets children should be considered illegal like porno, pedophiles (in any profession), abuse, KKK , athiests, etc."
Toys R Us has to go then?

This is a sick way to target children. Christians should be banned from getting anywhere near children.
KIDS are off limits. Their minds, bodies etc are off limits!
Christians are obviously free to think as they wish but to cram this down unsuspecting children's and parents' throats is a violation of freedom. The threat of hellfire, the degrading view of humanity as inherently evil, the conversely yet identically harmful idea of christians as "God's chosen"- -this is past the limit of acceptance by any parent. It is predatory.
I think there are laws protecting children from predatory propoganda.
Anything that targets children should be considered illegal like porno, pedophiles (in any profession), abuse, KKK , christians, etc.
T,FIFY!
(*note* No offense meant to the Christians who aren't wacko fundies; just poking fun.)
