Quote# 32247

[When told that: ancestral primates lead to current primates (humans and chimps)]

that's all in your imagination
you're fallen for the diagrams and are ignoring the scientific experiments

And, once again, CARM wins the prize for greastest bastion of stupidity on the web.

12/11/2007 6:08:35 PM

He must be referring to the ones that prove we don't share any DNA at all with primates.

oh wai-

12/11/2007 6:16:24 PM

CARM: still stands for Crazy Ass Retarded Morons.

Pray tell, what are those 'scientific experiments'?

12/11/2007 6:21:04 PM

Old Viking

Those experiments that were in all the papers?

12/11/2007 6:25:29 PM

You mean the experiment in which the creationist kept a monkey in a cage and waited for it to turn into a human?

12/11/2007 6:43:39 PM

Ummmm, Frankenstein was a story sweetie - you don't believe silly fiction is based round fact do you - oh wait, never mind!

12/11/2007 6:44:18 PM

Yes, I'm sure you, scarlets79 are a competent biologist.

12/11/2007 6:54:54 PM

What scientific experiments are those? The ones that show that the genes for cytochrome c differ by only four nucleotides between humans and chimps but differ by dozens for other animals? The fact that humans and chimps share HERVs in the exact same locations, which is statistically almost impossible (by the same logic used for paternity testing) unless they inherited them from a common ancestor? Show us the "scientific experiments".

12/11/2007 6:58:26 PM

What scientific experiments?

12/11/2007 7:08:03 PM

Caustic Gnostic

Yeah, tell us about the scientific experiments. Who performed them? Who reviewed them? When and where were the results published? Names and dates!

Finally, why is your speculation totally ignored by palaeoanthropologists around the world?

We know why. Do you?

12/11/2007 7:21:17 PM

Jake Steel

and how do we know those "experiments" aren't just in your imagination scarlets79?

12/11/2007 9:06:22 PM

You would have thought the discovery of DNA, the mapping of the human genome, as well as the studies done showing our similarities with the great primates would have put the last nail into the "evolution is not science" coffin.
Did someone forget to tell the fundies?

12/11/2007 9:39:20 PM

Oh It's scarlets79 again.

She's rapidly becoming the female counterpart to Supersport.

I seriously think we should keep these two apart. The consequences of them breeding with each other are too horrible to contemplate.

12/11/2007 10:17:32 PM

Yeah, all those studies that show that both humans and chimps have viral genes in the exact same places indicating that we don't share a common ancestor.

Wait, what?

12/11/2007 11:39:02 PM

The scientific experiment in which I was shagged by a chimp, you ignorants! And I didn't deliver any chimp baby, so humans and chimps are not related!

12/12/2007 12:52:57 AM

They're not ignoring scientific facts. That is, those in real science papers, not creationism for dummies.

12/12/2007 6:23:22 AM

Obviously intelligence above plant level is not required to post at CARM.

12/12/2007 6:27:43 AM

Wait...so you banged a chimp and didn't give birth? Am I the only one who wants to call bullshit on that? There are no scientific experiments done today that involves bestiality. WWII had those experiments in Concentration Camps. But Josef Mangle is no more and no more are his experiments.

12/12/2007 10:48:08 AM

Mister Spak

You've fallen for the mythology and are ignoring the scientific experiments.

12/12/2007 11:30:58 AM

You mean all those scientific experiments that support evolution?

Or, by "scientific experiments," do you really mean "unsupported, disproven claims made by Kent Hovind types"?

12/12/2007 3:27:12 PM

What experiments would those be? the ones you pulled out of your own ass?

12/12/2007 4:17:11 PM

Anti - Dei
