God help us if atheists ever do unite. As evidenced by the totally unprovoked mass murders of innocent people in Christian facilities in Colorado over the weekend, what the world doesn't need is a united atheist front on a mission to wipe out those who disagree with their beliefs.

So, they let atheists attend Oral Roberts University now? The killer was a student there.
You may have a smart mouth, woman, but the smarts end there.
Considering that atheists are less than ten percent of the population of North America, you have much more to fear from your fellow christians.
Fortunately for you, we're not really like that for the most part. This guy may have been an atheist, but he was also a lunatic with a grudge. That's rather important, and rather more dangerous.
"what the world doesn't need is a united atheist Christian front on a mission crusade to wipe out those who disagree with their beliefs."
Take that, history.
ACtually, you should probably be more worried about the lolcat invasion.
The guy, Matthew Murray, he was fucked up by YOUR LOT. He was in a freaky Pentecostal Christian cult that messed with his mind and abused him spiritually. He was member of a support forum for walkaways. They tried to help him but he wasn't having any of it, he was too damaged. It's such a sad story and it doesn't serve any purpose to blame atheists. On the contray, blame harmful Christian cults and work to destroy them, because all they do is abuse their members.
NB: I don't mean Christians. I mean Christian cults. There is a difference, though sometimes the gap between them is very narrow.
The guy was not an atheist. He had been at the missionary school in question.
Of course that information will go in one ear and out the other and you will continue to believe that he was an atheist, despite any and all evidence to the contrary.
I don't NEED the help of others!
But seriously, for once, I'll be the first to say "I think this is a poe." Maybe I'm wrong, but "Smartmouthwoman" just seems to allude to something, if you ask me....
From smartmouthwoman's next post in that thread:
"Throughout history, it's the CHRISTIANS who have been persecuted for their beliefs. Are you saying history is wrong and you're right?? If so, could you please provide some facts to back up that accusation?"
And when other posters duly provide the facts she replies:
"Ancient history aside, all the Christians I've ever known have been peace-loving people. Guess I just missed out on ever meeting any vigilante bible thumpers. And I think it's a stretch for non-believers to reach back in time to try and prove they exist."
We don't have any belief, stupid! That's the whole frigging point! There is nothing to disagree with.
Massmurder in Colorado? By a professed atheist, who said s/he did it because of her/his lack of faith? I'm highly skeptical.
So that's why we have so many massacres and mass murders in Sweden; we have so many atheists.
No, wait! We have very few mass murders over here.
List of mass murderers and spree killers from Wikipedia
One mention of Sweden; a guy killing 2, injuring 16, in a vehicular manslaughter in 2003.
(He was mentally disturbed and claimed someone steered his vehicle with a remote control. Nothing religious, neither pro nor con.)
Dawkins help us if fundies ever do unite. As evidenced by the totally unprovoked mass murders of innocent people in various countries in Africa (and that by the likes of Scott Roeder in the US), what the world doesn't need is a united fundie front on a mission to wipe out those who disagree with their beliefs.

The phrase 'Shiny, shiny mirror' exists for a reason, dumbarsewoman.
Europe has large levels of Atheism. Added all together they outnumber Americans by tenfold easy yet have lower crime statistics in all crimes and specifially in violent crimes.
The most Christian country in the world is America yet it's crime rates substantially higher
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
