The ten commandments, as a whole, are not "healthy". Rather, they're enough to make you self-loathing and neurotic.
Even the few of them that are basically OK are far too vague, simplistic and unqualified to be of much use in dealing with all the possible eventualities of human existence. Furthermore, since they are assertions made with no axiomatic derivation, it's not even possible to work out new ones on the same basis in the event that you encounter something they can't cope with, since that basis is not defined.
