Last week my wife and I went to the mall to preach of Messiah's return, I found it interesting that those wearing cross necklaces were the first to turn their noses up at us at the mention of Jesus' name!
Our families call us crazy and 'way overboard!'

Well, in that case, did it ever occur to you that when you were preaching at people with cross necklaces, you were preaching to the choir?
It can be safely assumed that those people wearing cross necklaces are much, much more sane, logical, and reasonable than you or ANYONE at Rapture Ready, and have enough sense to see that passing out pamplets at a mall is not the best way to glorify the Lord.

And by the by, as a general rule, anyone who tries to preach to complete strangers in a public place IS crazy.

Many the day when I would stand on my soapbox and try to tell the crowds leaving my local church that Jesus approved of paedophilia and prostitution and that the only way to reach heaven was to emulate him and sodomize a juvenile for money!
Oh, how the so-called faithful recoiled from hearing my message! And widely was I hated for voicing it!
Like you, I counted it a great honour to be thought of at "bat-shit crazy" by these supposed 'christians'! And not only them, even the damnable heathens thought I was sectionable! It is somewhat reassuring to know that moderate theists everywhere disapprove of the batshit crazy fundies. Though I do wish Sethola would get a clue and figure out that ostracizing himself from sane society won't get him, or his nonexistent Lord anywhere.

Hello, how very arrogant of you to assume that it was your mention of the name Jesus(whom all Christians accept as their Lord and Savior). Most Christians consider the "rapture" un-Biblical nonsense invented by some 19th and 20th century shysters and would see your little "worship the rapture" group at "Rapture Ready" as a cult. They probably thought you were the Christian equivalent of "Hare Krishnas"!

Of course they think you're crazy if you're not prophesising according to the Bible.
So how are you going to reach people with your message when you provoke them to hate you? Clearly the approach you are taking now is very ineffectual. If you really want to spread you message, there is certainly a way to do so without compromising your principles.
However, it would seem that your real goal is to be hated for preaching because doing so makes you feel "honored. In that case, by all means stay the course. Being so intensely self-centered doesn't seem especially Christian, but it is par for the course for the RR crowd.
Bearing in mind that Jesus hasn´t come yet, maybe they consider you either liars or, in the case of the ones with the crosses, false prophets. Makes sense.
