So basically there is a lot of evidence that indicates the Earth is young, and there is no evidence to indicate the Earth is old.

there is no evidence to indicate the Earth is old.
Except, you know, the Earth itself.
If there is a lot of evidence for a young Earth, why hasn't it been brought up when creationism has been called into court to prove that it is a science? If there is no evidence for an old Earth, why do oil companies enlist geologists who think in terms of an ancient Earth (rather than creationists) to find new drilling sites?
If you have no idea what you are talking about, why should anyone bother listening to you?
Yeah, right. And when we ask to produce this "evidence" of an allegedly young earth, we will be either shown a Bible, get some blabber about "faith", or will be shown nothing at all.
So, fossils.
YOU want me to believe that one single flood sorted all the dinosaurs to a particular level, and NO mammals at all?
I will remain doubtful until you can conduct an experiment to show how floods sort dinosaurs to a particular level while sorting other creatures to THEIR specific levels.
And not just the carcasses of adults, mind you. Where we find the dinosaurs, we find the adults, the juveniles, the infants, the unhatched eggs. We also find the hatched eggs specific to the dinosaurs found on that strata. And their nests. How would floodwaters sort cracked, empty eggs of a T-rex to the Cretaceous era, while stegosaurus eggs to the late Jurassic?
OOH! And footprints. We have yet to find any dinosaur footprints in the wrong strata. Did the flood sort those, too? PLEASE describe the experiment that could show how Floods sort footprints to the proper strata.
That’s going to be fascinating.
Until you do, though, i’m going to think that dating methods are far superior to your fantasy.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
