What question? You're not making enough sense to have formed a coherent question.
I cannot pray in court before a trial or pray for God's wisdom before taking an exam in a public school because Atheism does not allow this to take place.
1) "Atheism" is not some kind of establishment. "It" doesn't tell you what to do because "it" has no governing bodies, laws, or agenda.
2) You're full of shit. You most certainly can pray, and wherever you want. If you don't believe me, quote the statute to chapter and title that disallows you from praying.
Since a vast majority of you people believe that there is no God, why force your opinions on us.
Nobody is forcing their opinion on you. If you hang around atheists, they're gonna talk about atheism. If you don't like it, leave.
If I do not believe that birds fly and you do, why try to force my opinion on birds to you?
Well, that's not really a matter of opinion, that's pretty definitely an issue of fact that you would be tacitly wrong about. But this is still America, and you are still allowed to disbelieve it if you want.

atheists dont care if you mention God in school. The federal government requires that no government agency at any level promote one religion over another.
Discuss religion in a comparative religion class, use the bible as an example of literature and all is fine.
Try to but creationism into a science class and you will get sued.
A theory in science is not promoting atheism and rherefore even if atheism was a religion it would be ok.
You are quite wrong about public prayer. If a student wishes to pray before an exam he or she may do so. It is illegal for a teacher to organise a christian prayer and require students to participate. Same for a person going to court. Pray as much as you want. Its when the 10 commandments go up in the courtroom that a hindu, muslim, shinto or atheist wonders if he is going to get a fair trial. Government promoting christianity and therefore illegal under the constitution.
The rest of religious people are more than christians.
