Quote# 33041

[No one, that is my personal belief.

Just as your belief that god does exist and created reality is your personal belief.

My belief conforms to reality rather better than yours though because you believe that a book written by Bronze age nomads trumps your senses, and I believe that my senses and the findings of modern science trump the musings of bronze age goat herders.]

These "Bronze age nomads and goat herders" as you call them were the world's elite intellectuals. It is said that within a short period of the Babylonian Captivity, they were teaching Babylonian history and customs to the Babylonians in their Babylonian universities.
Their military stratagems were second to none. By making their farm tools out of brass, instead of bronze, they could switch these instruments into military armament at a moment's notice; and although they weren't as fast as our Minutemen, it's because our Minutemen were able to keep their armament apart from their farm implements. Thus, while appearing to be a pastoral, sheepish nation, and seemingly having "Invade Me" written on every city's signpost, they were the world's true shock-and-awe artists --- and still are.

The Minutemen are a thinly-veiled racist hate group. They suck.

They were able to use their farming tools as military tools because a sickle was as good as you could get before guns were invented.

"These 'Bronze age nomads and goat herders' as you call them were the world's elite intellectuals."

The current world's elite intellectuals all agree that the writings of Bronze age nomads and goat herders should not be taken literally, if at all.

A foruth grader has more knowledge about the world than those elite intellectuals. Also, being a capable fighter doesn't make you smart, just look at Mike Tyson.

Who the hell is writting these pseudo-histories these idiots keep refering to? It's got to be the American right-wing lieing-for-Jesus-and-Jews press because when I do searches, using their claims, that's all that pops up.

However when I search for imformation directly, like Babylonian or Sumerian history I find the opposite or no mention of the Jews or Hebrews of any note.

They were not the movers and shakers you claim them to be, I think you've confused them with the Scottish resistance to Hadrians Holy Roman forces, right down to the farm impliments as weapons.
