Wait a minute... nothing against women, but one of my things against Hillary is that she is a woman and I would never vote to have a woman President. Never. It doesn't matter where she stands or what she believes. Just like there should not be women pastors of churches. God gave men and women each roles. It is the same thing in the family unit where the husband should be the head of the household (spiritual too). It is the way God set it up, as in the Bible, and it is the same with who leads this country.

Repressed homosexuals for Jesus. Oh, of course, there are no gay people in your church, anymore than there are in Iran, where your attitudes would be welcomed.
"God gave men and women each roles."
He sure did, He gave me rolls for breakfast, wif jam on dem. Yum!
And I am not endorsing Hillary either. She's got nephelim blood in her!
Yeah. I totally agree. Women shouldn't be allowed to perform vital social functions like being president, being mothers, bearing childres, looking after children (however they manage to get there since women aren't fit to have them in the first place), managing a household, cooking. Pretty well everything. [/sarcasm]
My country has had two women presidents, one after the other, and they have had more ideas and behaved better in the national interest and with more efficiency than any of the men who did that job heretofore.
evjr, you are a troglodyte. Check it in the dictionary!
Someone hasn't read The Book of Esther in the NT.... Pakistan, India, Great Britain, Eire, Germany, New Zealand, Jamaica, The Philipines have all had elected women for the office of President or Prime Minister....
Is it my imagination or has nobody in that thread noticed that obvious statement that we've picked up here?
nothing against women, but one of my things against Hillary is that she is a woman
The closest that someone has come to calling this wanker out is a woman who said that it's the personal qualities, not their gender that make the difference. Still, even she didn't seem to pick up on the of his statement that I had bolded above.
Deborah.
Esther.
Mary Magdalene.
Joan d'Arc. (Okay, that one is a bad example.)
I prefer Barack over Hillary, but it has nothing to do with gender.
I find it sad that some people still place a Dark Ages-style value on people based on whether they have indoor or outdoor plumbing.
If God was so adamant in those roles, why are women the ones who carry the baby 9 months?. Or why did he enable Deborah or Mary Magdalaine or the Virgin Mary have such prominent roles in his religion?, or Elisabeth I of both Castille and England or Margharet Tatcher, for that matter, lead a nation in their respective golden erae(not so much with Tatcher, but good anyway)?. Summarising, why does he need a fundy to remind us of that, instead of making us more stupid?
Hey Fundy - I make more money than my husband and he's fine with that.
Get with the 21st century. Unless you are independently wealthy you can't AFFORD to live on a single income. Anyway, while you're at work you're wife isn't cleaning and cooking SHE'S PLAYING WoW WITH ALL THE OTHER HOUSEWIVES!!!
Wait a minute... nothing against women, but one of my things against Hillary is that she is a woman
Wow! Doublethink Lifetime Achievement Award
"Is it my imagination or has nobody in that thread noticed that obvious statement that we've picked up here?"
Hmm, maybe we all thought it was just too easy. It's not like we haven't seen blatant self-contradiction and hypocrisy in the same sentence by some some fundie or other, before.
women arent fit to lead
nor anyone of color,homosexuals,non-christians,people who are prone to getting the hiccups, poor people, middle class people, people w/o an education, people with an education, people who have farted in their lifetimes, people who believe in the constituition, those with computers, who have ever read, used email...........
btw i have nothing against any of those people, honestly, they are just all fucking scum
makes about as much sense
No sweetiekins, MEN assigned the choice roles to themselves, and left the slavish drudgery to women. If you want to be a subbie, that's fine, but stop using that misogynistic book as your excuse for doing so.
I have nothing against you except that you're a prick and a useless, mindless, self important piece of dog shit. You can't tell the difference between fact and the campfire stories of middle eastern goat herders, and yet you feel qualified to automatically leap frog yourself over half the human population? Fuck you, delusional prick. Go lick on that muff.
aaa said: You need a sense of irony.
I just happen to have a piece of rebar right here. Where exactly do I insert it into evjr to give hime a sense of irony?
Really? Kewl. Somebody hold him for me.
Thanks.
Whoever wrote:
"Which books of the Bible discuss the criteria for electing the President of the United States?"
Well, since Fundies believe the nation was founded on Christian principles, I'm sure it's in the same book as the one that ordains a bicameral legislature and a senatorial vote to confirm supreme court justices.
"nothing against women, but one of my things against Hillary is that she is a woman"
Remarkable how often these people say one thing and then claim they're not saying that thing, even within the same sentence.
It's pretty weird how God didn't see fit to make men dominant in most animals. Sure humans and all other mamals have a general male dominance, but in most other animals women a bigger and stronger and thus have dominance.
You argument is basically that women don't have enough testoseterone to be president. You're fucking retarded.
A few years ago, there were some on the political Left who said they'd leave the USA if W was (re)elected. I don't know if any went through with this, but if we turned the tables, wouldn't it be fun to see how many fundies left the USA if Hillary, Obama, Romney, anyone but Huckabee was elected? If there weren't a mass emigration, it would drive them all nuts for the forseeable future.
"nothing against women, but one of my things against Hillary is that she is a woman"
Hello Rapture-ready. Today we would like to discuss contradictions. Please get the pencil out of your ear and take notes. Thank you!
It doesn't matter if a woman has a 180 IQ or is determined to help as many people as possible, no vaginerz, plz.
Oh yes. I bet your wife loves you, and not because you make her with physical force ^_^ 'ginerz gotta be reminded sometimes.
In the wise words of stewie griffin:
"It's not that I want to kill her, I just don't want her to live anymore."

Your call.
Considering the second pic, question: Do you want a man in 10 Downing Street?

>Filename
Because the way things are going since a certain document was leaked, you may get exactly what you want.
But not necessarily need . Do you want to change your tune, thus the MC Escher-esque multi-dimensional paradox your own words represent?

Someone else will have to.
Nothing against women, but you have a thing against women?
Clear as crystal! Or as mud. One or the other...
It's the other way around, dolt; humans gave gods roles. Your one, for example, is an ancient moon- and/or war-god who got a bit megalomaniacal as time went on.
Men and women are more similar than we are different.
Why should my husband be the head? I have a head too, and I'm much more meticulous than he is.
Besides, religion has no place in politics, and your Founding Fathers worked hard to keep it out of government.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
