Headaches can indeed be caused by stress, but not \"white blood cells swelling up.\"
I asked God to take away my headaches, but Fundies are still here.

you are giving me a headache, will he take you away?

\"A headache is from your white blood cells swelling up\"? Where did you get your medical education -- from the other asylum inmates?

I think I'll ask my doctor, thank you. I'd rather not have supernatural forces messing around with my brain so much that I actually believe that "white blood cells swelling up" is what causes headaches in the first place.

Let me bash your head with a hammer, not even hard enough to be dangerous and then try to pray away the pain.
I bet you it won't work.

Damn uppity white blood cells...always causing trouble. Prolly libruls, not good ol' American red blooded ones.
8/27/2009 8:29:15 PM
*BASH!* now let's give you a minute to pray............ oh, wait, it's still not gone?
(and seriously? white blood cells? idiot..)

...I think I'll just take some ibuprofen or aspirin, thanks.

"Ask your doctor. I ask GOD to take away my headaches and they're gone. A headache is from your white blood cells swelling up. Stress, nerves!"
Next time I visit my physician, I'll tell him what you've said. The permanent smile on his face will become a loud guffaw, methinks.
And he's a Muslim.
I don't know what his reply will be, but I can answer your question with a question: If you should have an accident and your leg is amputated as a result, will God regenerate a new limb?
'Faith' can move mountains after all, embodiment777.
