OK, so what if the earth is billions of years old. So what? That doesn't prove evolution exists. Besides, in the Bible, it never states how long it was between the creation of man and the fall of man. It could have been billions of years. Civilizations like Atlantis could have existed in this period.

Let's just go with the Bible being true for a moment.
Genesis 3:23 Therefore the Lord God sent him (Adam) forth from the Garden of Eden to till the ground from which he was taken. (This is "the Fall"
Genesis chapter 4 deals with Cain and Abel (& LATER Seth) (Usually, in the historical books, order indicates chronology.
Genesis 5:3: When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son in his likeness, after his image; and he named him Seth.
So, the longest possible time period between the the creation of man and the fall of man is 120 years (& that would require the murder of Abel to occur when Cain was about 10. It's not clear how old the two brothers were.)
TL;DR: Read your own Bible.
Besides, in the Bible, it never states how long it was between the creation of man and the fall of man. It could have been billions of years.

So Adam and Eve were billions of years old now?
"OK, so what if the earth is billions of years old. So what? That doesn't prove evolution exists."
- You mean you realize that biology and geology are completely different disciplines? What kind of creationist are you?!?
"OK, so what if the earth is billions of years old. So what? That doesn't prove evolution exists."
Technically, you're correct.
However, many creationists try to DISprove evolution by claiming there wasn't time for it, what with the earth being 6000 years old.
So at least that's one less idiotic objection...
"...between the creation of man and the fall of man. It could have been billions of years."
Yeah, except that Adam and Woman did NOT manage to eat from the tree of immortality. Nice try, though.
@Skeptic Pete
So Adam and Eve were billions of years old now?
And Lorien - the First One - is older than the Shadows: and they are billions of years old.
So he is God, then. Thanks for admitting that, OP.
"Babylon 5" is a damn good documentary series by J. Michael Straczynski: you said it, I didn't.
Civilizations like Atlantis would have left some trace, unless they were, like, on top of a volcano and were engulfed by the crater.
Confused?
