The problem in these "developing countries" is that you got people screwing everything that moves. Look at Africa rite now, the reason that you're having that huge AIDS epidemic over there is cause nobody's limiting themselves to just their spouse(s). No amount of condomns is gonna solve the problems being caused there, just abstinence. OOOOHHHHH I just said a bad word there. I'll say it again. Abstinence. Is it too much to ask people to control themselves until they get married?
