Quote# 33771

what's funny about that, is along with giant rats there were giant camels, giant beaves, giant buffalo, giant insects, alligators, and virtually every other type of creature living just a few thousand years ago (some say 10,000 years ago near the end of the ice age)....yet when it comes to large reptiles such as dinosaurs the evos close their eyes and play like these over-sized creatures didn't live with them...no, instead they lived the imaginary millions of years ago. And not only that, but they were the only large creatures of the time. But doesn't it makes a bit more since that the oversiized reptiles lived alongside the oversized mammals and oversized insects and oversized fish and oversized plants? Of course...but evolutionists aren't logical and don't admit to common sense explanations, regadless of the fact that dino bones have been dug up with still-rotting flesh attached to their unfossilized bones and that their carcasses have long-known to smell like death and decay when they're dug up out of the ground.

A Supersport by any other name would still be an idiot.

(With apologies to Shakespeare.)

No such fleshy dinosaur bones have been dug up. If you can find any (credible) story links I'm sure everyone would be happy to read them.

Need time? Don't worry, we'll wait.

Why must you turn my Internets into a house of lies Supersport?

You're a lying sack of shit, Guzman.

The only things that smell here are the "facts" you gleefully pull out out your ass.

Not all dinosaurs were 'oversized'. Many were small.

(Other idiocies in the post notwithstanding.)

Speaking of "oversized" animals, why were there so many large mammal species during the Pliocene, but so few examples today? I mean, we had vultures the size of F-16s, 20ft long ground sloths, rhinos that stood 18ft at the shoulder and bats with 6ft wing-spans. We've got dick today. What the hell happened? Why has nothing filled those niches in our modern ecosystem?

This has to be a poe. He's not seriously trying to hide the fact that he's making it up as he goes along, is my impression.

He's right, the Wisconsinan ice sheets started retreating about 10,000 years ago at the end of the Pleistocene. Everything else is pure Supersport. Enough bullshit to make your own moraine.

"what's funny about that, is along with giant rats there were giant camels, giant beaves, giant buffalo, giant insects, alligators, and virtually every other type of creature living just a few thousand years ago (some say 10,000 years ago near the end of the ice age)"

So? There have been quite a few periods where mega-fauna existed. Just because large creatures appeared does not mean they all lived at the same time.

"yet when it comes to large reptiles such as dinosaurs the evos close their eyes and play like these over-sized creatures didn't live with them"

Because they didn't. You will never find human and dinosaur bones together. Think hard about the possible reasons for this.

"no, instead they lived the imaginary millions of years ago. And not only that, but they were the only large creatures of the time."

Correct. Dinosaurs, at least a few species, were the largest creatures of their time periods. What's your point?

"But doesn't it makes a bit more since that the oversiized reptiles lived alongside the oversized mammals and oversized insects and oversized fish and oversized plants?"

Only in Fundyland.

"But doesn't it makes a bit more since that the oversiized reptiles lived alongside the oversized mammals and oversized insects and oversized fish and oversized plants?"

Only if you have no idea of natural history or what ecological niches are. The very reason there was even the possibility of having such large mammals was because there were no large super predators (i.e., dinosaurs) around to eat them you moron. If the dinosaurs hadn't been wiped out then mammals would never have been able to move into the various niches the dinosaurs occupied.

"Of course...but evolutionists aren't logical and don't admit to common sense explanations, regadless of the fact that dino bones have been dug up with still-rotting flesh attached to their unfossilized bones and that their carcasses have long-known to smell like death and decay when they're dug up out of the ground."

The only thing I smell is the bullshit you're shoveling. Try reading an actual scientific paper once in a while rather than that clap-trap AiG puts out.

The smell of death (huh?) and decay is coming from between your ears.

What's that saying about opening your mouth and removing all doubt?

Well the whole carbon dating thing does kind of put the fossils at being millions of years old. And carbon dating has shown human or neanderthal fossils to be much younger. You say evolutionists aren't logical. Aren't you the ones that believe the Flintstones have it right and that carnivoures were not a threat to people because they would not have eaten them?

Random thought: Why do fundies with delusions of intelligence always focus on dinosaurs? There were giant dragonflies and centipedes three hundred million years ago, but I never hear that we lived alongside them.

Because they are found in different layers underneath the ground.

Also, where are these dinos with "still-rotting flesh" that you're referring to?
