This verse [Mat 24:29] tells us two different prophetic destinies for the Sun and stars. it says: 1. the Sun will be darkened, and 2. the stars will fall from the heaven Since the sun is a star, is it going to also fall from heaven? The verse doesn't say that. Further proof of the sun and stars having different destinies is the following verse is Psalm, which tells us the Sun will be around forever: Psa 72:17 His name shall endure for ever: his name shall be continued as long as the sun: We also read in Revelation the Sun is present but is not necessary due to the brightness of the Son of God. But Jesus tells us the stars will fall from heaven. Please reconcile the two different prophetic destinies of the Sun and stars as laid out above according to the words of Jesus.
