Without sounding to critical, I must say that most people I encounter who believe in evolution, are quite literally uneducated people. I am not saying that evolutionists are uneducated at all, there are a lot of uneducated Creationists as well. What I am pointing out is that people seem to believe things before really going through it. Why do people believe evolution? Because it is simple to understand? Because it is what is taught in school?

There are a few things you can do to help your argument. First, drop the initial sentence and modify the second to point out that there are many creationists and evolutionists who are poorly educated in said topics. A citation would be nice if you have one.

Second, remove the "what I am pointing out" bit. This phrasing implies that normally you have no point when communicating. Instead continue directly with your main question about why people believe in creation or evolution before they've become well informed.

Your two ending rhetorical questions are fine, but you'll need to expand on them in the follow up paragraphs. Remember to consider both creation and evolution. Try to anticipate weak points in your argument and address these before submitting your final work. I'm sure with a little effort you can present a well-balanced argument.
