Quote# 35179

I'm also coming to the conclusion -- through my own "science-less" investigation -- that cancer is not actually a "disease" at all. Sounds weird, but tumors are actually the body's defense mechanism that kicks into gear to surround the cells that are out of control. The formation of a tumor is actually a self-defense mechanism designed to control the spread of the problem...therefore when science cuts tumors out of people, they are actually causing the cancer to spread!

Not only is it "science-less", it's also "intelligent-less."

I can make up silly shit with no supporting evidence and based on nothing in particular too, but what would it accomplish?

I'm coming to the conclusion --through reading this post-- that an investigation into cancer that is without science is loaded with epic fail.

Mattural Selection

I'm coming to the conclusion that if you cut supersport out of humanity, we would all be much better off.

War is peace, flaws are our strength, to retreat is to charge and supersport is intelligent.

[If someone could tell me the proper quote and where it came from I would be grateful.]

Normally I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone, but for you, Supersport...get a type of cancer easily curable by surgery, but refuse surgery even after it metastasizes and becomes inoperable.

So in your investigation you couldn't have used any medical journals since they use science. Pray tell were did you find this. Because the scientists seem to conclude that the tumors ARE THE CANCER! You see when the cells become out of control they continuously reproduce forming the tumors. You obviously have no idea what cancer is and during the course of your investigation stayed away from any factual definition of it.

Best example: my dad had skin cancer. The doctors removed the tumor. And he didn't have cancer anymore.

Enjoy your tumors then.

Education and intelligence is something that happens to other people, obviously.

edit: Sorry, the correct answer was:

EET'S NOT A TUMAH!

That must be why those who refuse treatment for cancer live so much longer than those who have surgery. It's why no one ever died of cancer before doctors started cutting tumors out.

It's amazing what you can figure out by ignoring science.

Wow, this is by far the stupidest thing I've seen Supersport say. And I've seen a lot of stupid stuff said by Supersport.

"I'm also coming to the conclusion -- through my own "science-less" investigation -- that cancer is not actually a "disease" at all."

Of course not. It's your Gawd's love. Read the OT and you'll see how it pleases him so to inflict such things on unsuspecting and, usually, undeserving humans.

"sounds weird, but tumors are actually the body's defense mechanism that kicks into gear to surround the cells that are out of control."

Uh, no. Cancer cells are the cells that are "out of control." There are, however, other cells whose specific function is to seek out and destroy rogue cells before they become tumors.

Good job Supersport! You almost got something right!

"The formation of a tumor is actually a self-defense mechanism designed to control the spread of the problem"

I guess if you're a creationist/IDer then this seems perfectly reasonable. To everyone else it appears to be a complete and utter fuck up by your supposedly omnipotent deity. What kind of moron "designs" a system to suppress cancer by creating tumors?

"therefore when science cuts tumors out of people, they are actually causing the cancer to spread!"

Which is why it generally doesn't come back if you get it all, right? You sure are a bright one Supersport.

You should win a Nobel Prize for that one. Seriously, you're a genius! You could completely turn the medical world on its head, and revolutionize society by decades! Praise the Lord!

Now, if you'll please turn around, I'm going to keep on doing Sarcasm now. This isn't something young Supersport should watch....

No the tumor is the "cells that are out of control" that's why they cut it out; but thanks for playing.

If you don't want treatment if you get cancer, thats your choice. But please don't tell people with cancer this type of bullshit. Or their blood is on your hands.

I give him a minute amount of credit. At least he's not one of those twits screeching that cancer is God's punishment for sin.

He's still a dumbfuck, though.

Not only does it sound weird, it is weird. How did you come up with this brainless investigation?

Of course the tumors kill you, but that's just a slight side effect.

I'm sorry, but if some idiot believes your pathetic drivel and dies from it, I hope you know full well that you're to blame.

You know, even if I knew absolutely nothing about cancer, supersport's logic still wouldn't make any sense. If the tumour surrounds the problematic cells, then logically if you remove the tumour, you effectively remove a container of all the problematic cells.

So, even by his own logic, supersport is an idiot.
