I know what you mean. I'm still waiting for evolution to get enough evidence to warrant it being called a serious topic in a science class.

It did it long ago. You just ignore it or don't plainly understand it.

The wait was over decades ago. Guess that solves that problem!
2/27/2008 4:09:20 PM
I'm still waiting for creation to get any evidence at all.
(your big book o' fairy tales does not constitute evidence)

urge to kill all humans just went through the roof.
why are there people this stupid still alive?!?
they should have stuck a fork in the power mains YEARS ago.
2/27/2008 4:17:55 PM
Evolution was written about in a book over 100 years ago! Isn't that enough evidence for you?!
No? Funny, it usually is.
2/27/2008 4:20:10 PM
I'm waiting for you fundies to stop calling creation "intellegent design" when there isn't a damn thing intellegent about it.

Omnisiah: "why are there people this stupid still alive?!?"
I say get rid of all warning signs worldwide. That way these people will slip themselves into extinction on wet floors, electric devices and the gaps between trains and the platforms.

Has it ever occurred to you that you wont find it waiting in line for communion wafers?
2/27/2008 4:30:07 PM
That would have been in the 1850s, at least.
2/27/2008 4:32:09 PM
At nine o'clock, you are waiting for the train that left at seven. Last year.
You apparently did not attend a real school, Beccaria.
The Scopes Monkey Trial happened in 1925. There hasn't been much of a problem with the ToE, except for when the lunatic fringe get bugs in their bloomers.

Beccaria clearly counts "evidence" as watching a dog grow tentacles and start eating a tree within 16 seconds.

It has the evidence. You may not see because you don't want to but it is there
2/27/2008 4:51:12 PM
The website has banned my IP address- it can only be because I visited them from here. Fear of dissent and disagreement is the hallmark of those afraid of truth, or at least unsure they have it.
Beccaria can get the evidence s/he wants just from reading 'Origin of Species'- Darwin ammassed abundant evidence there. Or s/he can ask someone knowledgeable in biology, anthropology, paleontology, genetics, molecular biology or even computer science, where we use evolutionary algorithms, which frequently work so amazingly well they solve intractable problems we cannot solve without them.
So Beccaria, don't wait around. Run and find out. It's the essence of science, as well as the essence of common sense.
2/27/2008 5:05:44 PM
It has, circa 1920
2/27/2008 5:05:50 PM
Beccaria is bitter over having failed science, due to teachers who wouldn't accept "goddidit" as the answer to every question.
2/27/2008 5:09:12 PM
Unlike a common myth, "Goddidit" is not a way to cheat on a test.
2/27/2008 5:19:00 PM
You will have to wait at least untill about 1844 or 1845 for that.
Maybe Queen Victoria will issue a decree recognizing the matter as being under formal discussion.
2/27/2008 5:19:55 PM
2/27/2008 5:38:45 PM
And you'll wait forever because you refuse to look at the truckloads of evidence we supply.
You do realize the majority of Christians do not see a problem with evolution, right? Oh yeah that's right, they're not "TRUE CHRISTIANS (TM)" unless of course you're trying to bolster your stats.
2/27/2008 5:57:21 PM
Obviously, that won't happen until the late 19th century, so you might have to wait a while. [/sarcasm]
2/27/2008 6:07:39 PM
Please, get out of the gene pool.
You are too stupid to live. Seriously.
2/27/2008 6:19:31 PM
No, your just avoiding the evidence. The evidence has been collected and studied, conclusions drawn and papers written. Your failure to absorb the evidence and it's meanings is your fault.
2/27/2008 6:28:59 PM
Gee Beccs, you haven't been in a science in say, 30 years, have you?
