I know what you mean. I'm still waiting for evolution to get enough evidence to warrant it being called a serious topic in a science class.

Evolution was written about in a book over 100 years ago! Isn't that enough evidence for you?!
No? Funny, it usually is.
Omnisiah: "why are there people this stupid still alive?!?"
I say get rid of all warning signs worldwide. That way these people will slip themselves into extinction on wet floors, electric devices and the gaps between trains and the platforms.
At nine o'clock, you are waiting for the train that left at seven. Last year.
You apparently did not attend a real school, Beccaria.
The Scopes Monkey Trial happened in 1925. There hasn't been much of a problem with the ToE, except for when the lunatic fringe get bugs in their bloomers.
The website has banned my IP address- it can only be because I visited them from here. Fear of dissent and disagreement is the hallmark of those afraid of truth, or at least unsure they have it.
Beccaria can get the evidence s/he wants just from reading 'Origin of Species'- Darwin ammassed abundant evidence there. Or s/he can ask someone knowledgeable in biology, anthropology, paleontology, genetics, molecular biology or even computer science, where we use evolutionary algorithms, which frequently work so amazingly well they solve intractable problems we cannot solve without them.
So Beccaria, don't wait around. Run and find out. It's the essence of science, as well as the essence of common sense.
And you'll wait forever because you refuse to look at the truckloads of evidence we supply.
You do realize the majority of Christians do not see a problem with evolution, right? Oh yeah that's right, they're not "TRUE CHRISTIANS (TM)" unless of course you're trying to bolster your stats.
Here are 29, but I doubt Beccaria would accept 1,000,029 - the disingenuous appearance of open mindedness being only a sham for a mind already made up against any evidence to the contrary.
Evidences for Evolution
Findings and conclusions indicate that evolution is the best guess, no matter how much you compare it to thy holee babble.
That is a fact well known all over the world.
You choosing not to beleive it because you've read otherwise in a book with extremely questionable sources filled to the brim with errors and inconsistensies, doesn't make it any less of a serious topic.
How many millions of bits of evidence would be your threshold for believability?
You have to get more than one science class to get it. Several years of chemistry, biology, genetics, comparative anatomy, paleontology, enough mathematics to understand it all, and a class in scientific ethics would be a good start. By the time you're in graduate school you will be getting a good idea. What, you're in junior high school? Well, stick at it, for a long, long time.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
