[On a thread about Hillary being President]

I think a women president goes against what women are as a whole. In fact, it is a great blow to the sanctity and holiness of women, it confuses and blurs the roles of man and woman, not to mention it goes against everything in the Gospels and the apostle Paul. It sets a bad example. If a man walked into a office with a bra and a skirt on, he would be told to leave immediatly and dress properly.

Yes, Yes, I know you fundtards hate Hillary because she is on of those uppity women. But the more you scream about it the more tempted I feel to actually vote for her.
Just because I know it would piss you off.

Though truthfully, I like Obama more, and will vote for him.
But I can see that pissing the fundies off just as much so it's kind of a win-win situation.

It seems to me that folks in the U.S. are getting tired of the constant whining you fundies incessantly do, your constant attempts to hi-jack the Republican party. And your attempts to take over the teaching of science and replacing it with creationism (diguised as science) in the schools. And yes, your constant bigotry and sanctimony.

Oh, and why do you think Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are so popular, because your man, Shrubby, has fucked this country over, thats why.

Isabella of Spain, Anne I, Mary I, Mary II, Elizabeth I, Victoria I, Elizabeth II, Isabel (Ava)Peron and Mary Robinson are just a few of the thousands of ruling women in history who would like a word with you. Especially, I think, Isabella of Spain, as she was considered the greatest Queen Spain ever had since she made Spain what it is by defeating the Moors. On the battlefield. Part of that Crusade thing so many christians like to either praise or deny, depending on what their current argument is.

How many of you would go onto the battlefield in an Army for God? Not many, I'd bet. But, a woman did it. I can bet also that she wasn't wearing a bra or a skirt when she did it. Armour was the covering of choice for fighting armies. Bras weren't even invented until the 19th century. They weren't commonly worn until the 20th century.

Basically, your argument holds no water and fails all tests.

What the hell is it with you people and Paul? Paul is not your god you idiots. Paul never even met Jesus and even says as much. Paul was likely epileptic or schizophrenic and you all listen to him like he's god incarnate and not Jesus. Confounds the hell out of me to be honest.

Aside from that though, Joan of Arc disproves your little delusion. Not to mention the hundreds, more likely thousands, of women throughout history who have been in such positions.

Absolutely! In fact there are occasions where this blurring makes it tricky to tell the genders apart!

I remember I was once with my friend John when I turned away briefly to pour some wine. When I turned back John had vanished and in his place was a little girl with golden curls, prancing around in a frilly pink dress singing "La dee da dee da." Then I realised my mistake. John had picked up a wooden spoon- a well-known woman's cooking implement- and as such had become totally indistingushable from a female. It was an awkward moment for all concerned.

Similarly, I was once shopping with my friend Natalie when she went into a changing room to try on some clothes. Imagine my surprise when the door swung open and a six foot burly bearded mechanic strode out, carrying a toolbox and chewing tobacco. But I had made the same mistake again, you see. Nat had put on a pair of jeans, which totally blurred my perceptions.

I personally am dependant on the honest of others when they tell me that Hillary is a woman. If I hadn't been told, I never would have known. After all, if she is doing a man's job then she must be a man, it's a simple as that. In fact, i'm beginning to suspect it's all a consipricy to make us believe that "Harry" Clinton is female. Somebody should yank Clinton's trousers down during his/her next public appearence. Then the world would know for sure!

I don't know about Paul, but I know that Mary Magadalene sort of lead the disciples in a way by telling them the Good News of Jesus' resurrection. Hey, she was the one Christ picked to tell the news, not Peter. You've got a problem with that, you can take it up with him.

We had a ‘walk a mile in her shoes’ event for charity. My manager went all out, with high heeled shoes AND his wife’s dress and make-up. Not all of us need our safe-spaces as badly as you do.
