Anyway, I have decided to direct my attention to the real evil in society - atheists. I mean really, how do you think the universe came to be? And don't give that "big bang" theory, you have no way to prove it. I, on the other hand, do not need to prove MY view that God created everyone because I have faith! :) So clearly, I am right and you are wrong.

I want to believe poe. But, I've also been stunned too many times over the utter stupidity of fundies and their ilk.
These people wouldn't recognize irony if it came up and licked their ass.
We have evidence to support the idea of a big bang, if not direct proof of the big bang itself, accepting an idea based on no evidence whatsoever, though, is ill-advised.
Okay. I have faith that a leprechaun lives up your ass. Because I have faith I don't need to prove it. I also have faith that anything I have faith in will alter the nature of the Universe. And since I have faith I don't need to prove it. Ergo there IS a leprechaun living up your ass.
Stop being such a tool and just realize how stupid your logic is.
I, on the other hand, do not need to prove MY view that God created everyone because I have faith! :) So clearly, I am right and you are wrong.
Ok, this just screams 'Poe' to me.
"Anyway, I have decided to direct my attention to the real evil in society - atheists."
Yes. Evil to the core. Would you care for some roast fetus? It's freshly cooked in the hellfire I conjured up in my kitchen.
"I mean really, how do you think the universe came to be? And don't give that "big bang" theory, you have no way to prove it."
Obviously we can't prove it (since science doesn't work that way) but that's where all the current evidence points.
"I, on the other hand, do not need to prove MY view that God created everyone because I have faith! :)"
How nice. Fantasy and delusion aren't exactly convincing to those of us who don't subscribe to such tripe.
"So clearly, I am right and you are wrong."
Holy fuck you're stupid.
Isn't that sweet? Another fundtard who no one either knows or cares about is starting yet another one-person war against the believers in science, humanitarianism, and democracy!
Reach for that brass ring, kid!
I don't really care how the universe came to be, maybe I'm a deist, but I don't believe in a personal god.
And if you're going to use faith instead of proof, that means you believe you are right, but without proof, nobody else has to believe you are right.
"Faith" basically means you willingly believe something you can't prove.
I don't need faith in the Celestial Teapot, though.....
This is how such things as "ethnic cleansing" and purges get started. One megalomaniac who believes that s/he has "the answer" to society's ills targets a specific group as the cause of those ills and manages to get access to a soap box to spew his poisonous diatribes. If there is a large enough audience of dissatisfied people who are unwilling to take responsibility for their unhappiness and are seeking someone to blame, a movement against those who are targeted can begin.
Without invoking Godwin but just looking backward through the historical record, this is exactly how the Jews became the primary target of Nazism: they were identified as the architects of the runaway inflation of the Weimar Republic by Hitler, and hungry Germans everywhere, looking for someone other themselves to blame for their plight, grabbed onto the idea and voila! a scapegoat for the ills of the German people, defeated in war and unwilling to accept responsibility for their situation, was born.
The real evil in society is the belief that one group or another is responsible for the evils of the world. Find yourself a mirror and take a good, long look.
Anyway, I have decided to direct my attention to the real evil in society - fundies. I mean really, how do you think the universe came to be? And don't give that "Goddunit" theory, you have no way to prove it. I, on the other hand, do not need to prove MY view that the Big Bang created everyone because I have faith! :) So clearly, I am right and you are wrong.
Sounds like a poe to me, but I shouldn't underestimate people; I've heard real fundies talk like this. Yes, yes, we have to prove it and they don't.
But what if I have FAITH that there isn't a God? (insert twilight zone music here)
Yeah, atheists are the real evil in society! Forget poverty, war, disease, and bigotry, it's those damn atheists that are causing all the trouble.
should we be scared that Anastasia Kazakevich (sic) has decided to turn her attention to us. Is she like the Great Eye of Mordor, or a whiney nagger?
Incidentally, if you use a foreign name as a handle, try to make it correct - I believe (correct me if wrong) it should be Kazakova
For some reason, I've never seen either ideology disprove the other in anyway except the time frame (which I suspect was metaphorical in the religious side) and the big bang is sort of asking for a god to cause it (a point of energy of infinite quantity from which all of the universe is created)
This is the conclusion you reach when you study Physics and are a Christian. Well, it was in my case.
I love the flawed logic of this guy:
"And don't give that "big bang" theory, you have no way to prove it. I, on the other hand, do not need to prove MY view that God created everyone because I have faith! :) So clearly, I am right and you are wrong."
I was there when Anastasia first made her parody thread on Facebook, and the people who took her *obvious* joke seriously were worth a chuckle.
But the fact that you keep on taking it seriously is proof that you're not any smarter than religious fundamentalists!
"Incidentally, if you use a foreign name as a handle, try to make it correct - I believe (correct me if wrong) it should be Kazakova"
You mean, I have been misspelling my last name all these years?? :( Why didn't anyone tell me this sooner?
Faith is not WANTING to know.
One is accepted by the church for what one believes, and is cast out for what one knows.
Man cannot make a worm, yet be creating gods by dozens.
Seeing patterns is only proof of OUR intelligence.
Religion: A man made answer to a man made problem...
I don’t need to belittle, brainwash or punish you. Your religion has already seen to that.
Open bible/closed mind.
The sharpest tools in Satans' shed are ignorance, stupidity and misguided faith.
Man cannot make a worm, yet be creating gods by dozens.
The definition of Faith is not wanting to know the truth.
The last Christian died on a cross.
"faith" doesn't excuse you from having to prove your assertions.
Also, cosmic background radiation, FTW.
"You have no proof, but neither do I! I'm right and you're wrong."
Oh, btw shitface, there is proof of the big bang theory. It's complicated and scientific, though. You wouldn't understand.
This has to be fundamentalism in a nutshell.
Obvious Poe is obvious.
Or is it?
Confused?
