romeo and juliet says that hemlock is poison, but that doesn't make it a true story. and jus what kind of loving god literally visits the sins of fathers upon their children? even atheists don't do that.

"I would like to remind you that the plague was brought under control by the use of Scripture."
No it wasn't dumbass. The plague was brought under control as plague survivors survived to pass on their immunity to the next generation. Also, Christians didn't really help with the whole healing process, as they advocated flogging themselves, not bathing, and praying rather than trying to escape infected areas. You can imagine this only served to spread the plague even further.
"I would also like to remind you that the Bible tells us that SIN is passed down by the Fathers."
So sin is carried by the Y chromosome? Who knew? I guess this means women are completely blameless regarding how their children turn out...
"Is this a simplified statement for Hereditary conditions??"
No it's evidence why you shall never be a doctor, even if you really wanted to be one.

They're being taught some real bullshit within the walls of Rapturedom. I'm sure he's refering to the washing verses in the Bible, hardly the same thing as radical sewage improvement, handling of the sick and dead or understanding the disease (germ theory, not mentioned in the Bible at all)
