There's not really anything "wrong" with them. They are generally quiet, respectful and respectable, and they keep to themselves. They solve their own problems without resorting to handouts or cries of "Poor us! Look what the White man has done to us!"
Fortunately, western powers did not inflict as much 'help' as they gave to the perfectly successful American and African people. Fortunately, white people doid not steal Chinese inventions and then use them against them in an attempt to steeal more Chinese property as much as they did to the Aztecs, Incas, indigenous Australians, Congalese, Zulus, Algerians, Russians, ect. Fortunately white people did not exterminate whole tribes, cultures and nations of Chinese people as often as they did with the Congalese, or deliberately set groups that didn't even exist before the Belgians invented them against each other in oder to rule, like they did in Rwanda. Of course this does not incllude Vietnam, Cambodia, India, Japan, Singapore, Burma ect. In China there was mostly only 'econoomic imperialism'- otherwise known as blatant theft.
Chinese people don't complain about oppression for the same reason European people can't complain about oppression: there was never an Belgian Free State, where all of the Olive Oil was shipped out to Ethiopia, and where FULLY HALF of the Belgians were shot and had their hands removed. Berlin is not called 'Hitler town' like how the capital of Cono is called Leopoldville after their genicidor.
Unfortunately, those of the Congo were never able to cry out 'Look what the white man does to us,' They were already dead by then.
