i didnt get the "boom" and the great mass of matter info off a website. i got it from a professional apolitic professor. He has been studying this for more than thirty years. I dont know where he got this information but i will try to get a website for you. That is your opinion. that is the evolutionists opinion. for evolutionists, the earth took 2.8 billion years to form. It used to be much more. now evolutionists are thinking the earth has only been around for a few thousand years which is more accurate. and dont tell me this is lying crap i got off the net. i heard it on the news.

There is no such thing as an \"apolitic\" professor. Maybe you mean apologetics professor. Anyway he is wrong. The current scientific opinion is that the earth is about 4.5 billion years old. No serious evolution scientist asserts the earth's age as \"a few thousand years.\"
What you are saying IS lying crap. Just because you found such lying crap on the net or on the \"news\" doesn't make it true. You'll find that truly knowledgeable and wise persons a very careful about what sources of information they deem credible.

"Evolutionists" believe that life is changing through random mutation and natural selection, in order to adapt to the changing environment.

How and when life started has nothing to do with evolution, nor do how and when Earth started.

No.

It took a few tens of millions of years for the Earth to form, and that happened 4.567 ± 0.003 billion years ago. We've known that since the first uranium-lead dates were obtained for meteorites in the 1950's by Patterson's group at Caltech, although their initial estimate was 4.55 ± 0.05 billion years.

The Moon formed a little while after that, and the crust only solidified after the late heavy bombardment about 3.8 billion years ago.

At least know what you are disagreeing with.

Evolution has nothing to do with the formation of the Earth. Geology, Cosmology and Biology are not the same thing.
