“One CAN'T believe in evolution and the Bible.”
Many people think they can.
That would be between them and God, wouldn’t it? You’re not the judge.
“If you are true blue to the Bible, not a faker, then you KNOW that the world was literally created in seven days.”
UNLESS Genesis is a parable. There are parables in the Bible.
“That makes the world about 6000 years old.”
Well, no, the six-day creation makes the world six days old. The accumulation of generations since Adam make it an additional 6000yo.
Do try to keep it straight.
But, again, if Adam and Woman are metaphors, and the ‘fall’ is mankind’s capacity for sin, not a specific historical event, then the generations don’t matter as establishing history.
"Evolution could not have happened in six days.”
Signs are that it happened, though. SO, either discount the actual evidence in favor of a particular interpretation, which you can’t really show to be THE interpretation… Or figure a way to keep the honest efforts of scientists justified with the heavily edited scripture.
"And may I ask you this: Could the human body, with all its intricate parts and organs truly have been the result of evolution...”
As the magic 8-ball says, “All signs point to yes.”
“I was just thinking about how we can pick up two different waves (sound and light)...at the same time!”
By two different mechanisms, duh. How can your computer use a mouse and a keyboard at the same time?
“It sounds so trivial, but that's amazing! Only God could have made humans, not Chance (the name of the god of evolutionists).”
Actually, many evolutionists pray to God. They just cannot discount the actual evidence they actually understand.
“I mean six days...on the seventh day God rested...”
