"Are they too learned in thier own head or what? "
Yeah... yeah, you got it right. They know better, simpleton.

It's almost like they've read the bile and there's no mention of a rapture.
4/29/2008 11:48:02 AM
At least there's no chance of Bound2Him being too learned.
If you're a christian and you can't spell christian, you should either get off the internet or join another religion with easier spellings.

Either a poe, or someone too dumb to realize the irony of saying people aren't learned, and not being able to spell the name of your own flippin' cult, c-h-r-i-s-t-i-a-n.

Read the bible and find out.

4/29/2008 12:37:27 PM
You are certainly not one of the learned.
4/29/2008 12:39:14 PM
Bound2Him, you may find this funny, even strange but, well, the "rapture" isn't exactly in the Bible.
4/29/2008 12:52:07 PM
Dunno.. what the hell is a Christen?

Maybe because you guys, like, added it to the Scripture after they already wrote it.
Doesn't have that ancient credibility yet.

*storms into conversation playing bagpipes, wearing kilt, eating haggis, and drinking scotch*
4/29/2008 1:28:07 PM
Christens?... You can't even spell your own religion?
That is the difference between 'fail' and 'epic fail'.
At least its heartening to know that not all Christians are warmongers who want to kill us all. This person should pay attention to them.
4/29/2008 1:35:13 PM
@Fek'lhr - I want to see you play bagpipes, eat haggis and drink scotch at the same time. ;-)
4/29/2008 1:37:13 PM
@szena-It would really blow your mind if I was a three-headed Klingon, wouldn't it?
4/29/2008 2:05:17 PM
The Rapture - an idea invented in the early 1800's and which can not be found in the bible? Well, it's man made just like the rest of the stupidity called religion so it's not real.

Jezebel's Evil Sister
Maybe it's because Christians, as opposed to "chistens" and other varieties of cretins, are embarrassed by you.
4/29/2008 2:15:18 PM
"We have to be ready right? But why do they? Are they too learned in thier own head or what?"
You're exactly right, they ARE smarter than you!

szena: "@Fek'lhr - I want to see you play bagpipes, eat haggis and drink scotch at the same time. ;-) "
Fek'lhr: "@szena-It would really blow your mind if I was a three-headed Klingon, wouldn't it?"
I could well believe that haggis was a Klingon dish, and bagpipes a Klingon musical instrument. The latter sounds alien as heck, and the former is so disgusting that it belongs right up there with Gach and Rokeg Blood Pie.
Scotch, on the other hand, has some redeeming value. And I know a lot of women who highly approve of kilts.

"Why do good christen people oppose the rapture, and they they attack us so vigorously and coldly about it sometimes."
It's probably because normal Christians can tell you are batshit insane.
