Quote# 38531

[This guy is trying to drum up support for the Neumanns, who let their 11-year-old daughter die of diabetic ketoacidosis over the course of a month while they avoided taking her to a hospital and instead prayed for her to be healed.]

While it is true that God created the world and all that is in it, including doctors, we must note: Jesus never sent anyone to a doctor or a hospital. Jesus offered healing by one means only! Healing was by faith. Yes, God created doctors but only to give man a choice between man’s ways — the doctor — or His way — faith! When we don’t have faith we need the doctor and it’s obvious that most want-to-be Christians need the doctors because they have no faith in God; their faith is in man. God created good and evil. Witchcraft can heal also. Should Christians also seek witches?

When the mark of the beast comes and you don’t take that chip in your hand and forehead you will not be able to pay for meds or doctors; then you will be deemed negligent and your children will be taken away.

Um, remember someone called Luke? The "beloved physician?"

So... the fact that they tried to heal by faith and the poor girl died supports your case how, now?

Jesus also never talked on a cell phone or typed on a computer!

Obviously these modern contrivances are the work of SATAN.

amazing the way these HYPOCRITES castigate the possibility of gay parents as being bad, while they choose to sacrifice their children on the altar of their superstition, and the Winsconsin State constitution appears to support them.

So you can allow your child to die, in theory you can bring in a witch doctor who sacrifices cats while the child dies, and you are innocent. A doctor makes a medical mistake or misjudgement and the same people would be seeking scalps.

Miracles don't happen when you want them to.

lack of insulin and high stress hormones make a deadly combination. (Wikipedia). Guess she was stressed because nobody would help her. You'll have to excuse me Pastor Bob for not sending money. Surely God will take care of the legal bills? You're all monsters and guilty of murder. If you had taken her to a hospital they may have saved her. The medical staff would have been appalled that your "loving" parents waited so long. Social Services would have been called and the child placed in a safe environment away from your murderous parents (the order would come from a judge. I've NEVER seen a request turned down). What gets me is you people shriek on and on about abortion (not even for a pregnant 12 yr. old impregnated by her father) but yet you defend the rights of these parents killing their daughter. I hope the other children are safe from you and their parents, you murdering bastards.

"Jesus never sent anyone to a doctor or a hospital." What is this? You and your ilk think you're Jesus?

"Witchcraft can heal also." Yes...us witches are able to use our brains and know when we must see a doctor/health caretaker.

Ok, if you follow to the letter that when YOU are sick, we´ll believe you. In the meanwhile, I will go to the dozen Catholic, Baptists and Muslim hospitals to get cured. After all, St Luke was a doctor, wasn´t he?

Wasn't Jesus known for curing people? With divine miracles, but he went and cured them, kind of like a doctor (or a white mage). He didin't tell the lepers "Pray you idiots!"

Oh right, this case. I'd been trying to forget about it because I need to not get infuriated so often. iirc, the parents were in fact arrested, though I can't remember the charges.

So where the hell was Jesus while these idiot Christians watched their daughter die?

let them keep acting this way. it means there will be less of them around.

Feel that Christian love! By the way, idiot, witchcraft can't heal you anymore than God can, so you must have a pretty low I.Q. to compare modern medicine to mumbo-jumbo.

[EDIT] I say the Neumanns should go up for criminal negligence, and get 20 years.

Ugh! I almost forgot about those f**ktards!!! This is totally disgusting; they should get life in prison-NO PAROLE!!!

the parents faith was obviously not enough.

Thats a very nasty way to die and one shot of insulin might have saved her life.

Parents preferred her dead, thats their choice.

Holy crap! In a dystopia I was writing, the government abolished medical practices on the grounds that they were "idolatry" and "witchcraft"! It was an exaggeration-I didn't know that anyone would actually think like that, especially in the 21st freaking century! (shakes head)

Okay, when you come down with a life threatening disease don't go to the doctor, just try to pray it away. The world will be better off without you.

"Jesus never sent anyone to a doctor"

Um, Luke was a physician. That means "doctor". That's why so many hospitals are named after him.
