Jeff Peckman #conspiracy mahalo.com

Jeff Peckman met with the city council in Denver, Colorado on May 30, 2008 and proposed an 18-member Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission that would help ensure public safety, when the need arises. Peckman screened a video that allegedly shows an alien peeking through a window at a press conference at Metropolitan State College. If he gathers 4,000 signatures in the next 180 days, his initiative will make it to the ballot. The ET Commission would deal with issues relating to the presence of extraterrestrial beings on Earth. In 2003 Peckman authored the "Safety Through Peace" initiative. It would have required the city of Denver to implement stress-reduction techniques but it only garnered 32% of the vote and wasn't approved.
