Two men can set up a household, and, together, raise a family and live a complete life. In some countries, they can legally marry, and, in some religions, they can religiously marry. Some cultures and individuals recognize their social marriage (acknowledge them as a commited pair with a valuable relationship).

A woman owns her own uterus, and is not obligated to donate it in service of anyone, least of all a clump of cells without a consciousness. There are people around the world right now, dying for lack of a kidney. Does that mean I can give them yours?
