If you think killing a clump of cells without the ability to feel pain or think is murder but killing actual thinking, feeling human beings with people who care about them is justified just because they terminated a pregnancy then you have serious issues. Seek help immediately.

Is that not therefore an act which justifies execution?

And how do you determine what acts justify execution? Does gathering sticks on a Saturday warrant execution (as per Numbers 15:32-36)? If you have some other standard than the bible, please explain what that standard is. While you are at it, please explain why, as a presumed Christian (having posted on Christian Forums) you feel that you standard is more valid than your bible.

Of course, if you prefer to admit that you haven't really thought this matter through, I will accept that.
