As Dagger pointed out earlier, we fought against Christians in WWII. We fought against Christians in the Mexican-American War. Heck, we even fought against Christians in the American Revolution. Come to think of it, I can't really think of a war we participated in that didn't involve us fighting against Christians at one point. I mean, you could count the Cold War, which was against the atheist Soviets, but that didn't involve any actual battles, so I'm not sure about that.
