If the world went Athiest no one would survive, because IF there is no God (I beleive there is, but lets say there wasn't) who would make the rules? If there is no God you would be the ruler of your own life. SO everyone would make their own rules. Why would i want to follow the rules some other PERSON, they wouldn't lots of people would make their own rules because they are the ruler of their own life, this would cause total chaos.

It's called The Golden Rule.
Atheists don't need "rulers". Diests' "rulers" aren't the tyrants that fundieturds want.
Church leaders aren't following the bible, so they're making up the rules.
Why should people follow the rules of fundieturds?
Thus endeth the lesson.
Sane people prefer to reach consensus or compromise rather than just punch each other in the face.
Not that I'd expect someone who needs a giant invisible man to write giant invisible rules too vague to actually use for government to figure that out.
"If there is no God you would be the ruler of your own life."
Why oh why oh why are these people so freaking terrified of being in charge of their own lives????
"Why would i want to follow the rules some other PERSON ..."
So he doesn't obey the speed limit, or stop at stop signs because those laws were made up by other people and not ordained by God?
Fucking ass tunnel.
If the world went Athiest no one would survive,
Please support that claim with some evidence.
because IF there is no God (I beleive there is, but lets say there wasn't) who would make the rules?
Ever hear of a thing called GOVERNMENT???? Very good at making rules it is. Also most organizations make rules. Thats reality
If there is no God you would be the ruler of your own life
As I already am, so you statement is moot.
SO everyone would make their own rules. Not if they wanted to live in a group they wouldnt. Humans are like that, we tend to like living in groups, but to live in groups we need to AGREE on a COMMON set of rules. Thats how human civilization works.
If goddite religionists were suddenly liberated from their thralldom, there would probably be the chaos that Gorby describes, as all the former goddites turn anarchist.
"Atheists" and everyone else have pretty much agreed to observe a thing called "civil law". This is the thing that causes so much "persecution" of those poor widdle religionists, because those poor widdle religionists got in the habit of violating the civil rights of other citizens.
I think human nature on its own presents some agreeable concepts between all peoples of all nations, rather than disagreeing on what their invisible friend says about everything.
Besides, why would I want to do what YOUR god says? I obey only the Invisible Space Bee who lives in the sun, not your spooks~! :P
IF there is no God (I beleive there is, but lets say there wasn't) who would make the rules?
The atheist says "the same people who invented god and put the rules into his imaginary mouth to begin with".
Why would i want to follow the rules some other PERSON...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't we live in a democracy? Doesn't that mean that people DO make the rules, whether you like it or not?
We'd all live by the rules we already live by.
It's really not that hard to comprehend. I already do not believe in your god, but I have values and a moral foundation and I know right from wrong.
See, it's simple.
So... there's no longer a government if there's no god? GOD IS THE GOVERNMENT?????
I think we should all kneel and pray three times daily facing toward the Washington Monument, now.
Yeah really, if the world went atheist things would be terrible. You'd have humanity collectively deciding the best way to live through awareness of which actions hurt us and which help rather than unquestioningly following arbitrary rules forced upon us by an outside force that doesn't obey the very rules it demands we live by. Can you imagine the horror ??
I believe our forefathers tried that with America, and did fair.
Then you people came here, and wanted to claim it's your land, and we are heathens who can't think for ourselves without your God...didn't the same situation happen with the Indians when this land was first discovered?
"who would make the rules?"
The same people who are making all those rules now that you don't like because they aren't in the Bible. You know, us.
Confused?
