Atheists do not reject God because they hate life.
They reject God because there is absolutely zero evidence for the existence of God.
I don't really like that word 'reject', though, since it implies that somehow believing in God is the default position which some people stray away from. It's not the default position; it's just the majority position. Everyone is born atheist.

Anyway I've been much happier with life since I figured out no skydaddy was going to fix things for me.
I don't hate my life, i fact I'm quite happy with it, Also I don't "Reject" god anymore than I do Zeus, Odin, Bhramin, or any other fairy tale. I feel no need to reject that which does not exist.

I may be disgruntled and angry with life, but it is not the reason I don't believe in Jesus. I mean, honestly...do you not believe in Hinduism because you absolutely despise the idea of coming back to life in the physical world? Do you not adhere to Islam because you hate the idea of having to continually prostrate yourself before your deity on a daily schedule, and having to periodically fast? Do you not believe in Satanism because you are afraid of sexual liberation?
Try not to define nonbelief in an ideology from the perspective of the ideology itself.
Imagine this:
I'm in a supermarket.
Some people tell me I have a dad, but I never see him, and everything he supposedly does can be explained by the actions of the robots who run the store.
There are rumors and pamphlets, but the store's computers have no record of my dad ever working there.
I am forced to conclude dad does not exist.
Rejecting God's existence is not the same as hating God. I think a lot of religious people (not just fundies) have trouble grasping this fact because they just can't imagine the possibility of not believing in God. To them, even atheists believe in God... they just run away from Him for whatever reason. It's odd, and narrow-minded.
atheists are people who don't believe god exists, mostly due to him being totally unevidenced and inconsistent with the natural order of the universe. Really not much more to it than that. Generally speaking an IQ above 105 will cause atheism, give or take a few points.
